Mission of W9DPA
The mission of the DuPage County Emcomm Repeater Association (W9DPA) is to provide support for amateur radio emergency communications activities and to further the education and training of amateur radio operators in the use and application of both analog and digital voice and data communication modes.

Purpose and Goals
The DuPage County Emcomm Repeater Association (W9DPA) was formed in the Spring of 2008 for the purpose of establishing both a dedicated analog voice repeater system and a D-STAR digital voice and data system to facilitate and support amateur radio emergency communications within DuPage County.
The DuPage County Emcomm Repeater Association is committed to working closely with the DuPage County Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) and other public service groups in assessing the needs of the DuPage County amateur radio community and fostering their service to the community during communication emergencies.
